But with subsequent passage of time, we grew from strength to strength to reach the zenith of reputation and success. Our Quality
At Sushil Udyog, all our activities are governed by a Quality Management System. During the production process, our quality control experts keep close track with production parameters, as have been laid down by the management. From the initial stage of raw material procurement, through different levels and finally to final inspection of finished products, everything is done with great care and as per international quality standards. We have a qualified team to handle and provide all the required assistance to those clients who are interested to inspect their consignments prior to lifting and shipping of the same. Our company also provides after sales services to our valued clients, and thus leaves no stone unturned to earn the trust and complete satisfaction.
Our Infrastructure
The factory premise of Sushil Udyog is spread over an area of 60,000 Sq. feet, having inbuilt facilities for the following-
- A wood seasoning & treatment unit with a capacity to season and treat (minimum 6000 cubic feet of wood per month)
- Our unit has installed imported machines such as saw, gauge and surface planner, turning, sanders, grinders, hand operated and power operated presses/ jigs, gas welding m/c, cutters and grinders, etc. for sizing and shaping of the initial products for finishing
- For the finishing section, we have installed large powder coating plant, furnace for roasting of products when in bulk production for giving off antique effects, multi-guns compressors for color spraying
- We also have in-house exclusive showroom within our factory premises for providing first hand inspection cum product viewing for our visitors and clients.
Besides, our company is also fortunate enough to be served by thousands of highly experienced artisans who work on payroll basis. We also have a team of qualified experts, who handle the design and development of new and existing products.
